Your order will be shipped out within 2-4 days of when you place your order and delivered within 3 days. Please note that shipping times may vary due to the effect of COVID 19 to the USPS.
Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to orders once they are placed. Our system simply does not allow that.
Champagne Flame does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase. Please ensure that your address is correct prior to checkout.
In the unfortunate event your candle arrives defective or damaged; simply take a photo and a jot down a quick message and email to champagneflame2020@gmail.com. We will respond within 48hours to discuss a refund or a replacement.
We know it can be difficult to choose a candle online. You may exchange candles as long as they aren’t burned. If you want to exchange the candle you bought for a different scent, contact us before you send the candle back.
